The Information We Collect.
This website provides a convenient space for those who wish to learn about Cornhead Jerky by 1890 and The 1890 Initiative and to support the mission of The 1890 Initiative. The only personal information we collect is the information necessary to establish communication with visitors and users of this website.  We may ask for your name, mailing address, billing address, email address, phone number, the amount provided when you contribute to The 1890 Initiative and other personal information you volunteer (such information, collectively, the “Personal Data”). If Financial Data includes any cardholder data, data stored, transmitted or processed on behalf of merchants and cardholders will be secured according to current PCI DSS standards. 

Age Restriction.
This website is not directed to, nor is it intended for, users who are under twenty-one (21) years of age.  We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from any person under the age of twenty-one (21); if you are under the age of twenty-one (21), under no circumstances may you interact with this website, and please do not attempt to register for or otherwise use our services or send us any Personal Data.
